For the upcoming episode airing on December 4, the former Chakra member headed to Hong Kong to run a cafe. Hwang Bo has been out of the spotlight for a while, and during filming, it became clear why. It turns out the star had been taking care of her parents after her father suffered a cerebral hemorrhage in 2014.

It's reported Hwang Bo has been doing her best to pay her father's medical bills and help her mother with living expenses. On the show, she runs a cafe, handling everything from serving customers to modeling for the business.

She commented, "I enjoyed leaving the entertainment world and communicating with others as an average person."

I absolutely love HwangBo. I think she is one of the most kind hearted and genuine celebrities out there. I hope nothing but the very best for her - seems like a difficult time but she's a strong woman... I trust she'll persevere!
