Heechul talks about SM's end-of-the-year parties with Lee Soo Man

Heechul talked about SM Entertainment's year-end parties on the December 1 airing of Channel A's 'Singderella.'  

He talked about a competition they would have, explaining, "First place gets an expensive luxury bag.  Second place gets an overseas vacation for seven nights and eight days.  I had even gotten an Apple phone in the past." Does no one else prefer the second place win to the first, or is that just me?

He continued, "Mostly a lot of rookies go up [on stage].  They dance really diligently, but they do it even more diligently than during concerts.  Also, they decide on first, second, and third place, but Lee Soo Man's words hold a lot of power.  For example, if Lee Soo Man said, 'What about giving all three groups a prize?' then immediately the ranking would disappear," making everyone laugh.

He continued, "Lee Soo Man always says this. He'd gesture at Kangta then say, 'I wanted to do [a year-end party like this] since H.O.T's time,' to the rookies.  He was saying that this event was created because of H.O.T."

H.O.T member Moon Hee Jun was also on the show and said, "In the past, there were only Yoo Young Jin, S.E.S, and H.O.T.  We had our year-end party altogether at a Chinese restaurant.  But Lee Soo Man would say, 'Good job,' then, 'I want black bean noodles.'  The whole menu was unified."
