Yoochun's second court trial for the false accusation charges has ended.
The woman had accused the singer of sexually assaulting her in a bar restroom back in June. However, she later dropped the charges, saying, "The sexual intercourse was not forced." Yoochun and his lawyers then pressed their own charges against the woman and 3 other individuals involved for false accusation and blackmailing.

The court had asked CJ Entertainment's president, Baek Chang Joo to attend but he did not make an appearance. Instead, Yoochun's manager attended and testified as a witness for about an hour.
Yoochun has been called as a witness for the upcoming hearing on November 24.
