After shopping for all kinds of local ingredients at an outdoor market, the crew came together in the kitchen to witness chef Baek's first recipe in Thailand during which the chef introduced his two "nieces" to Thai fish sauce and Thai chili peppers! Both "nieces" forced themselves to taste the raw ingredients, while chef Baek watched them quizzically. Gong Seung Yeon tasted a mouthful of raw fish sauce out of a wine glass, while Lee Seung Hoon, after having lost to Gong Seung Yeon in rock, paper, scissors, set himself up to eat half a raw, Thai chili pepper!
Despite chef Baek's warning, Lee Seung Hoon broke down at the sheer spiciness of the pepper, and there may as well be smoke coming out of his mouth! He definitely had a hard time controlling both his facial expressions and his cries of desperation!
