Girls' Generation ranked 4th in having the highest grossing girl group tour of all time!

Girls' Generation is officially one of the most profitable girl groups in the world! 


U.S. entertainment media, 'celebmix' published an article that titled, 'The 10 Highest Grossing Girl Group Concert Tours Of All Time,' in which Girls' Generation's 2014, 'Love and Peace' tour in 6 Japanese cities earned a total of $3,160,000, ranking them at 4, following TLC, Destiny's Child, and Spice Girls. 


Girls' Generation other 4 tours also were ranked from 6 - 9, resulting in 5 of their tours on the list.

A performance production expert Kim Young Gyun stated, "The fact that a group can make big profit consistently with tours show that the fandom is large and strong...especially when an idol group can do well in tours testify that the fans are loyal and the general public are also drawn to the group.
