Take that bitches. Don't be supporting him now. You threw him away.

the fuckin truth!

I really like this actor but he should start to audition more for drama (he's really talented) otherwise he is gonna get stuck with only action roles.

uhhidk ygbad_boy Thursday, September 8, 2016

that is a good point but as an actor of course he is going to want to be part of major hollywood films like ones with denzel washington in it.

Koreans threw him away with their self righteous bullshit. He might not ever do another drama. Who wants to do lame ass Kdrama when you can make movies. Most of Korea's finest actors don't do television drama at all.

ygbad_boy 2fat Thursday, September 8, 2016

no, I didn't meant Korean dramas or TV dramas hahaha I meant dramatic movies. He is very talented and he could play a dramatic role in a movie.

2fat ygbad_boy Thursday, September 8, 2016

Right. Well he does. I think he's done both but he usually plays a bad ass. I think his romance days are over mostly because he's pushing 50. He did several in the earlier part of his career.

something like Michael Keaton in Birdman. Something like that

2fat ygbad_boy Thursday, September 8, 2016

He's a good actor but now that I think about it I don't think he's ever done comedy. Even a dark comedy.

the good, the bad and the a comedy with him, but well, he plays the bad guy again...

2fat kizaru_hijin Friday, September 9, 2016

Yeah, Song Kang ho provides all the comedy in that movie.

uhhidk ygbad_boy Friday, September 9, 2016

at his age i think trying to do romance definitely would be kind of a stretch.

2fat uhhidk Friday, September 9, 2016

It could be light romance much the same way older American actors do it. Some of them are handsome and charismatic enough to pull it off. Of course it's always with a younger woman, which is sucky for older women.

Drama doesn't mean just romance. There's existential dramas about older people trying to understand life and its meaning

Acting in a Hollywood movie vs acting in Korean dramas and movies is totally different. First, the payload is in the millions and most successful movie actors see acting in television shows as a step down.....especially box office actors. Also, let's get real, acting in a Korean drama doesn't really say much for your acting skills. It's rare to find good scripts that truly highlights an actor's skills.

Like I said I wasn't talkin about Korean dramas. I was talking about dramatic movies.

The End
