Even though�Jung Joon Young�and his ex-girlfriend both claimed innocence, Jung Joon Young has submitted his cell phone to the police for further investigation by the alleged sexual assault case.
On September 26, C9 Entertainment�reported, "Jung Joon Young submitted his cell phone to the police today. The phone is broken, but it was submitted in an attempt to check the video as the hardware can be restored."�

The label also provided updates on Jung Joon Young, and said, "Currently, Jung Joon Young is quietly spending time at home. He's waiting for the police to contact him after checking his cell phone for the video. At this point, it's unknown if he'll have to go through further investigation or not."
