Though plaintiff A had reportedly confessed to making false sexual assault charges against Lee Jin Wook, there are still new developments to the story.

According to reports, both Lee Jin Wook and A took lie detector tests during investigations, and the actor's results were unclear. A rep from the police stated, "Lee's lie detector test results were inconclusive, but these results will not be accepted as decisive evidence."
Plaintiff A is said to have failed her test. She also spoke up in a recent phone interview with media, saying, "This is all a mess. Firstly, I'm going through a hard time right now. So many words that don't make sense are floating around. I'm not concerned with it though because the truth is still there. The results are the important thing."
As previously reported, an alleged ex-girlfriend of Lee Jin Wook made sexual assault accusations against the actor only to confess to falsifying her report of the case to police.
