According to the Supreme Prosecutor's Office in Seoul, actor Moon Jae Yoon recently went under investigation for a DUI case.
The actor was discovered by the police back on May 23, sleeping at a stoplight in front of the wheel. His blood alcohol level at the time was revealed to be 0.104%, surpassing the minimum level allowed before getting one's license revoked. He was evidently returning home after a drinking outing with a movie crew when he was discovered.
This would be the second time the actor has received a DUI. About the current situation, his label Namu Actors relayed, "We are currently confirming the case. We will make an official statement once things are confirmed."
