On May 19, Producer of Lee Hwan Jin of SBS's 'Running Man' shared about the upcoming 300th special episode with BTS.
Lee Hwan Jin PD relayed, "BTS and our ['Running Man'] members will be competing on this week's 300th special episode. We've needed young and energetic components, and BTS, with exactly 7 members, were the perfect match."

He continued, "To be honest, my expectations were high since BTS show powerful performances, but they were actually weaker than I thought. That's why they were even more cute and charming. It was also their first time appearing on a variety show all together. They were very willing and seemed to have a lot of fun. They were all excited for their first variety show, and V and Jungkook were especially outstanding."
