It seems that the first episode of WINNER's new JTBC variety show 'Welcome to Bandalland' failed to meet YG Entertainment's high expectations.

The new show aired its premiere episode on April 23, and according to Nielsen Korea, only reached 0.3% in viewership ratings. The poor results seemed to have brought shock and disappointment to YGE. An associate of the label stated, "People tend to ask questions like 'How was the show?' following the first episode of a new program, but in this case, such statements have been kept unspoken."

The amount of effort put into the show puts even more weight on the label's disappointment. WINNER dedicated a total of 14 days out of their busy schedule to spend time with the kids, and Yang Hyun Suk also showed extra support by taking part in productions. Despite hard efforts, the results proved insufficient.

Do you think 'Welcome to Bandalland' can overcome the current poor results, and live up to YGE's expectations soon?
