Joy tells Sungjae she loves him on 'We Got Married'

The two idol stars went on a school uniform date and stopped by a gymnasium. Joy revealed, "I liked someone in high school. He was really good at basketball," trying to make Sungjae jealous. Sungjae responded, "I was good at sports too."

Though Joy said in her solo interview that her attempts at jealousy didn't seem to work, Sungjae shared, "I don't know why she would say that to me. I think it was too much even if she was just trying to make us jealous. I was about to get mad, but I didn't."

The Red Velvet member also mentioned she wasn't ready when Sungjae told her he loved her before, but she was ready this episode. When they were on a ride at an amusement park, she suddenly confessed, "Oppa, I love you."
