On April 29, a rep said, "A few days ago, Go Hyun Jung suffered third degree burns to her hands and feet. She wasn't injured during filming, but rather during her personal time. She's currently receiving hospital treatment and recovering." The rep added that filming won't be affected much as Go Hyun Jung did not want to hinder the drama's schedule.

Calling bullshit on this one.  NOBODY can work with 3rd degree burns on their feet.  The burns have to be cleaned and debrided constantly and there is NO way that shoes, socks or any type of clothing can be worn.

Take it from a person who has suffered third degree burns several times in her life time; she is not going to be fully up to par anytime soon. If she pushes herself she's going to scar ugly, or worse get an infection. Third and even second take weeks of recovery. And they said feet as well, shove shoes on her feet talk about pain and anti healing.  So either they got the degrees wrong or this woman is looking to risk ruining herself.

Not sure whether AKP mistranslated the article or it's the people themselves exaggerating her condition. Someone obviously have never seen third degree burn before. There is NO WAY the filming "won't be affected so much." She needs at least MONTHS to recuperate.

But why would she get third degree burns during personal time?

baby007 Shishio Friday, April 29, 2016

Yes! I was wondering about that too.

Hot liquid, fire, who knows. Many home appliances can possibly be more dangerous than what people think.

"... filming won't be affected". YOU REALIZE WHAT THIRD DEGREE BURNS ARE? You see bone and cartilage with skin that will grow back as scar tissue. Both her hands and feet would need to be in an antiseptic environment for weeks. She probably barely had 1st degree burns. Eugh the fact that they would exaggerate something like that for people to commend her is DISGUSTING.

In a matter of fact, a person in is a critical condition of they suffer from A) over than 20% 2nd degree burn. B) Over 10% 3rd degree burn C) 3rd degree burns in hands, feet or face. Obvious it's not okay and most of the time a skin graft is required for recovery and treatment.

Excuse my grammatical mistakes - autocorrect.
