Comedian/MC Yoo Jae Suk is undoubtedly a respected public figure in Korea.
His fame and status doesn't seem to be waning any time soon either, according to a survey conducted by the National Defense Promotion Committee this past March.
In the survey, which asked 265 army soldiers to choose 'A Celebrity You Want to Have as a Mentor', Yoo Jae Suk received 42.3% of the total votes from a total of 112 soldiers, claiming the #1 spot with ease. In 2nd place came MC Kim Gu Ra, while various others also selected Park Myung Soo, Shin Dong Yup, and Kim Jae Dong from 3rd to 5th place.
