Owner thinks it's hilarious to duct tape pet cat to the floor

On February 16, a post made by one thoughtless cat owner spread to various corners of the web. The said post includes a picture of a cat that is completely immobilized after being duct taped to the floor.�

The owner, who had thought it merely a hilarious antic, had written the caption, "We're giving out our cat for free. But only for those who leave reviews after receiving the package."�
