Owner thinks it's hilarious to duct tape pet cat to the floor

On February 16, a post made by one thoughtless cat owner spread to various corners of the web. The said post includes a picture of a cat that is completely immobilized after being duct taped to the floor.�

The owner, who had thought it merely a hilarious antic, had written the caption, "We're giving out our cat for free. But only for those who leave reviews after receiving the package."�

You can clearly see that the cat is scared out of its wits by glancing at its eyes which are full of fear. Many netizens have expressed their indignation toward this cruelty, writing comments along the lines of, "I'm angry just thinking of the fear that the cat must have felt."�
