After taking off his 'Make a Fortune,' Kangin belted out the chords to Go Han Woo's "Cancer," his eyes tearing up at one point.�
After the performance Kangin confessed, "I've never sang by myself on stage before. I really wanted to be a singer and to earn an award as a singer so I tried my hardest for ten years but rather than recognizing me as a singer, people have a different image of me."�

After stepping down from the stage, Kangin further said, "Since there are a lot of members [in Super Junior], there is little time to showcase each of our individual talents. I didn't mind myself with anything today and just sang. My profession is a singer and singing is my job but I think I've forgotten it for a while. I feel like I'm re-discovering my lost self. I felt so many mixed emotions [on stage]."�
