A sexual assault case involving a major label manager and a female celebrity has come to light in the media, flaring up the public's indignation and curiosity.
According to a YTN report on February 29, the incident happened around 5 a.m. KST on Sunday at a villa in Yangpyeong County, Gyeonggi Province. The villa is known to be frequented by major label personnel and celebrities.
It was at this place that an agency manager, identified by his surname Jung, is suspected of sexually assaulting a rookie entertainer who is simply identified as 'K'.

Jung is charged with assaulting 'K' after they drunk together late into the night. 'K' realized that she was assaulted after she awoke, and her parents immediately reported the incident to the authorities. Further, Jung is suspected of assaulting 'K's friend, who had tagged along with 'K'.
Jung was reported to have stated during police investigations that he has no memory of what happened as he was heavily intoxicated.
Police plans to get to the bottom of the case after summoning both the perpetrator and the victims.
