With rumors that KARA as we know it will no longer exist in a few days, DSP Media�is clearing up speculation that Youngji is preparing for a solo debut.

The agency stated on January 6, "It's false that Youngji has started a solo project. Everything concerning her career is open and we're planning to take it in a more positive direction, but nothing has started as of now. KARA's continuance is what's more important as of now. It's not the time to prepare Youngji's plans."
