Girls' Generation's Taeyeon gave heartfelt advice for the girls of Red Velvet on the October 31 episode of OnStyle's 'Daily Taeng9 Cam' where Wendy, Seulgi, and Taeyeon were seen enjoying ice cream during their intimate girl talk.

When Red Velvet's manager nervously watched Wendy and Seulgi as the girls enjoyed their ice cream, Taeyeon said to the manager, "I gained a lot of weight when I was at their current stage. I was really slim during the beginning of my debut, but because of the irregular schedules, long hours in the car, and lack of time to exercise..."
She continued, "I'm just saying, you shouldn't be so stressed about it. It's only natural at your age."
Meanwhile, Taeyeon recently celebrated her 10th consecutive win on 'Music Bank' with tears during her exclusive concert held at COEX Atrium.
