Actor Kim Young Kwang is already becoming a Hallyu star! He's on the latest cover of Hong Kong's 'ELLE Men', and might we add, he's looking mighty fine.

We're loving the leather jacket look on him with tousled hair. It's impressive how charismatic he looks even in a casual, laid-back concept with a super wide grin.
