Heroic act by citizens to save a woman will make your jaw drop

The heroic tale of citizens saving a woman from underneath a cargo truck has caught the belated attention of the public.

According to Gyeonggi's Gunpo Police Station, 40-year-old Ms. Lee was recently run over by and trapped underneath a one ton truck driven by 29-year-old Mr. Kim. This unfortunate incident occurred because Kim had parked his truck on a downward sloping hill and forgot to properly set the brakes on his vehicle. The rolling truck struck the unwitting Lee, who just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. 

Around twenty of the surrounding citizens, who witnessed this horrific spectacle, immediately gathered around the scene of the accident to save Lee. The brave citizens' act of derring-do was not in vain, as they were able to safely rescue Lee in less than a minute! 

Lee is currently said to be recuperating at the hospital after receiving a diagnosis to be treated three months for her injuries. A police rep stated, "It was an incident where the citizens' bravery really shone. We sincerely pay our respects to the heroes who were at the scene."
