An alarming account of singer Eun Ji Won's health issue has come to light. The former Sechskies member was taken to the hospital for a detailed inspection after he coughed up blood. So far, there does not appear to be serious health deterioration.
His agency SS Entertainment said on September 10, "Yesterday, he vomited blood all of a sudden while coughing, so he was sent to the hospital. He was told that he got an infection in his lungs. He received a thorough check up, and we are awaiting the results on Saturday."
According to his agency, after he wrapped up the last recording of KBS 2TV's 'Our Neighborhood Arts and Physical Education,' in which he's been extremely active, his health suffered some degeneration due to fatigue and nerves.
The rep stated, "Eun Ji Won always had weak lungs by nature. He was okay while filming 'Our Neighborhood Arts and Physical Education.' Luckily, his body won't be too much like this in the future. They told us that he could get better through consistent treatment."
