Jhameel, a 27-year-old YouTube pop artist based in LA, was recently spotted auditioning on 'Superstar K' where he performed a mashup of Justin Timberlake's "What Goes Around Comes Around" and Taylor Swift's "I Knew You Were Trouble."
Currently, Jhameel has over 27,000 subscribers on YouTube and draws in more than 200,000 views on each of his videos.
Following his magnetic and sexy performance, the judges on the show unanimously gave positive responses. Yoon Jong Shin gasped, "Wow, he's really creative," and Zion.T said, "I can see Michael Jackson and even a bit of Prince in him."
As expected, Jhameel passed on to the next round.
