Young actress Kim Yoo Jung is eyeing her next drama role, in KBS' 'Cheer Up!'
A representative from her agency SidusHQ told StarNews, "Kim Yoo Jung received an offer for the female lead role in 'Cheer Up!'."
They added, "She's talking over the offer with the company. Because of movie filming, she hasn't been able to decide whether to say yes or no yet."
The representative for the drama also confirmed, "We are currently discussing with her."
The drama will be based around a high school cheerleading club, focusing on friendships and romantic interests among the students, and also how competitive the educational environment is.
Though a plot centered around a high school cheerleading team has been done many times in Hollywood films, it's one of the first in Korea.
The drama is aiming to air in October.
