Noh Hong Chul�and Kim Yong Man, who had both been staying away from promotions to reflect upon their actions, have signed with FNC Entertainment
FNC Entertainment revealed, "Noh Hong Chul and Kim Yong Man have been active without any labels, but they've now signed with FNC Entertainment and are�planning�to start new broadcast activities." Noh Hong Chul had been staying low because of his DUI incident, and Kim Yong Man had been doing the same because he was sentenced to 2 years of probation last year in March due to illegal gambling.
