Veteran singer Cho Yong Pil was belatedly revealed to have undergone a surgery recently due to an ailing back.
A rep from his agency disclosed to Star News on July 28, "For a long time, Cho Yong Pil's waist area had not been good, so after a discussion with the hospital, he underwent a surgery on his disc. At a hospital back on July 14, he received a hip disc surgery.
"The surgery went well and we were told by the hospital that he needed 2 to 3 months for stability and recovery. Currently, Cho Yong Pil was discharged and is regaining his stability at home."
