A few weeks ago there were rumors that f(x)'s Victoria was looking to terminate her contract with SM Entertainment, which the company had immediately denied. To further put those rumors to rest, Victoria herself spoke on the matter and expressed her gratitude towards her agency.
On June 9 at the TV festival for the Chinese drama 'Beautiful Secret' in Shanghai, Victoria was asked about her rumor on terminating her contract with SM Entertainment.
Victoria said, "I don't know how this rumor came to be. But what I'm thinking of during this ordeal is that I have never thought of annulling my contract with my agency."
She continued, "The agency discovered me and raised me. With me being a foreigner in Korea, everyone took good care of me and I was very grateful to the agency."
About her personal workshop, she said, "I've been able to prepare my workshop and I will soon put together my staff. The agency has always supported me in my Chinese activities. I'll be able to work in Korea and have more activities in China at the same time. I hope you all will support me."

Hopefully her statement will further dispel these rumors that have been surrounding SM artists lately.
