Her agency Will Entertainment told TV Report on January 8, "It is true that [Lee Bo Young] donated 100 million KRW (~91,000 USD) to the Seoul National University Cancer Hospital towards the end of last year... Lee Bo Young asked that it was not publicized, so she quietly donated... Lee Bo Young is pregnant and has interest in that area, so she donated it."
This isn't the first time Lee Bo Young has showed her good will, however. She and her husband Ji Sung previously donated to the Seungil Hope Foundation last August for the 'Ice Bucket Challenge'. The actress was also the narrator for a special audio book dedicated to hearing-impaired people.
The rep updated fans on her pregnancy, stating, "Lee Bo Young is currently focusing on her pregnancy. She has no official activities for the time being. Her agency will also support Lee Bo Young, so that she may have a safe and easy delivery."
