On the December 28 airing of 'Inside Story Salon', singer Moon Hee Jun revealed that there's a high possibility that some agencies teach rookie idols to avoid greeting their seniors.

Moon Hee Jun stated on the show, "There is this one idol I've seen for several years now. I'm trying to see when he'll greet me," garnering much attention from the MCs. 

He continued, "I don't understand it. I'm still a senior, and we are about 10 years apart. Plus, I'm not a senior who forces authority. I try really hard to make younger idols feel comfortable [around me], and there are many who are actually comfortable around me. But he/she never greeted me." 

When someone asked, "Is it that person's personality or is it that the agency doesn't let them?"

Moon Hee Jun answered, "I was so curious, so I asked others around me, 'Does he/she usually not greet you?' Because if he/she was only doing it to me, then I would be disappointed. But I found out that the idol usually doesn't greet anyone. Of course, this hasn't been confirmed, but I've heard it from multiple people [around me]. I don't know if the idols have been taught that way, but generally, the idols from that agency don't greet others." 

He added, "[Initially] I thought that it was because we didn't make eye contact. But I realized that he/she doesn't greet others even when making eye contact. One day, I was determined to look at his/her eyes  thinking that he/she didn't see me. I stared right [at his face,] and the idol started to laugh. He/she probably realized what was happening." 

In the end, it was revealed that the younger idol didn't greet Moon Hee Jun and exited the room awkwardly.
