He went to the Seoul Gangnam Police Station at 5:30 AM on the 23rd to complete his investigation. He reportedly refused the breathlyzer test the first time and then chose to get his blood drawn instead. The results of the National Forensics Service showed that his blood alcohol level was 0.105%, above the allowed amount.

He was investigated for an hour and a half, and he said, "A close hyung came from USA and I parked near the hotel thinking I was going to see him only for a short while, but it lasted for longer than I thought and I came down to repark my car. I thought the parking spot was only 20-30m (66-98 ft) away from the original parking spot, but later I realized that it was 150m (492 ft) away."
The police said, "A blood alcohol level of above 0.1% is a level where the license is suspended, so starting tomorrow, Mr. Noh's license will be suspeded for a year and the situation will be dispatched. Usually in cases like this, the fine is 3-5 million KRW (2.7k-4.5k USD)."
