On October 23 at the 'Tokyo Drama Awards,' Kim Soo Hyun accepted the "Special Foreign Drama" award on behalf of the drama and was also awarded with the "Best Actor" award.
The actor stated as he received the award, "I am honored to have received such a special award. I worked hard to express the years that Do Min Joon has lived and I am thankful that everyone had a positive response of it. The year 2014 was a very special year for me. Thank you for giving me such an undeserving award and I will work hard to live up to the support and love that everyone has given me."
Meanwhile, Kim Soo Hyun is set to return back to Korea on October 24 and will be attending the opening of Dongdaemun Design Plaza, a new iconic landmark of Seoul as an honorary ambassador on the 25th.
