Polaris Entertainment has revealed that Ladies' Code's Sojung will have to receive further treatment after her recent surgeries.
Though Sojung underwent surgery for her upper jawbone right after the tragic accident and a follow-up surgery on September 5, the agency stated that she'll be undergoing at least 6 more months of treatment. A rep from Polaris Entertainment said, "They'll be deciding whether she'll be needing more surgeries after they see her recovery situation. They estimated that she needs 6 more months of treatment."
As for Sojung's current status, the rep updated, "She received a huge shock. She's suffering a lot after the deaths of her members RiSe and EunB. I don't think she fully realizes the absence of her members yet. It will be important to watch over Sojung, so she's able to overcome the trauma."
Let's hope Sojung recovers soon.
[Update] Another agency rep also stated, "Sojung's surgery went well, and she's currently recovering. For now, she has to be hospitalized to receive treatment."
