Son Ye Jin turns down casting offer for 'The King's Face' + her next production likely to be a movie

With eyes on what�Son Ye Jin's next production will be following her new movie 'The Pirates', it has been revealed that she has turned down the casting offer for upcoming KBS 2TV drama 'The King's Face'.

Her agency rep told MBN Star on August 13, "[Son Ye Jin] has decided to decline the casting offer for 'The King's Face'. Her next production will most likely be a movie... She only received the casting offer for 'The King's Face'. She didn't enter discussion for it."


Son Ye Jin previously received the casting offer for the role of Kim Ga Hee in the historical drama about King Gwanghae's life. Seo In Guk and Lee Sung Jae are also reportedly in talks for the male lead role.


'The King's Face' is set to premiere following 'Iron Man' this November.
