According to sources around him, Sangchu is said to be dating his dentist girlfriend of the same age, who is known for her beauty and smarts as an alumni from Seoul National University. The two are reportedly dating with marriage in mind.
One insider told Star News on the 3rd, "Sangchu has been dating a dentist whom he has known for a long time since one to two years ago... The two of them are dating with marriage in mind... Sangchu's girlfriend is from a prestigious university and is of the same age as Sangchu."
His agency rep told TV Report, "We do not know whether or not he had a girlfriend prior to his enlistment. But after confirming with those around him, he is indeed dating a dentist. However, we are unable to confirm whether they have plans for marriage right away. Because he is in the military, we can't reach him at the moment to ask him."
Sangchu enlisted back in October 30, 2012 and is set to be discharged this August.
