Ms. Yook, the mother of trot singer Jang Yoon Jung, had previously sued the agency, demanding that she had the right to her daughter's earned money. She claimed that she had lent 700 million KRW (~$613,000 USD) to the company back in 2007 and had never been repaid for it, so she had filed a lawsuit against the company. However, the company claimed they received 540 million KRW (~ $531,000 USD) from Ms. Yook and then repaid it in full a few days later.
The lawsuit she filed centered around trying to figure out whether Ms. Yook could be recognized to have rights to her daughter's money, and exactly how much she lent to the agency, and whether the loan is considered to be from Ms. Yook or Jang Yoon Jung.

In the end, the court revealed on June 26 that they decided against the favor of the plaintiff, Ms. Yook, saying, "Jang Yoon Jung says that she never permitted Ms. Yook to use her earnings however she wanted. Just because Ms. Yook says she managed the money does not mean that she has ownership to it. On the day the IOU [between Ms. Yook and the company] was drawn out, 540 million KRW (~ $531,000 USD) was indeed withdrawn from Jang Yoon Jung's bank account and Jang Yoon Jung herself states that after lending the agency that amount, she got everything back. The company believed the loan was Jang Yoon Jung's money when they made and issued the IOU, so you could say that the person concerned in the IOU is not Ms. Yook but Ms. Jang."
As mentioned before, the trot singer had mentioned during her leaked pre-interview for 'Healing Camp' that she had left her mother to manage her earnings, but when she checked her account, she found that her mother and brother had squandered her money leaving her in debt. Her mother, Ms. Yook, and brother said it wasn't true and went onto sue the singer and her agency for supposedly not repaying back the money the mother lent. Ms. Yook also went about to attack her son-in-law the news of her daughter's pregnancy with hateful letters.
