Akdong Musician discussed making their own music on SBS radio program 'Choi Hwa Jung's Power Time' on May 20.
On this day, DJ Choi Hwa Jung asked, "Didn't you say you created songs within five minutes when working on your music?" Chan Hyuk replied, "It's an exaggeration to say I create songs within five minutes, but the shortest time it took me to make one particular song was five minutes."
Choi Hwa Jung said, "Could we listen to that song?" Chan Hyuk replied, "That song has not been revealed. Seeing as how we have more and more songs these days, I've noticed the same melody surfacing. It takes me longer to make songs while trying to avoid that melody."

The DJ asked Soo Hyun, "Do you make songs?" Soo Hyun replied, "I try. I wanted to try composing and writing songs, too. [My brother] doesn't even teach me." Chan Hyuk explained, "I noticed Soo Hyun sits in front of the piano for hours to make an effort, but she doesn't do anything in the end."
Choi Hwa Jung also asked Chan Hyuk if he was ever in awe after completing a song. He replied, "I'm in awe after finishing almost every song."
