As a host on entertainment news show 'One Night of TV Entertainment', Girls' Generation's Sooyoung�found herself being asked questions about her member Tiffany�and 2PM�Nichkhun's recently revealed relationship.

On April 9, the idols' relationship as well as In Gyo Jin�and So Yi Hyun's marriage announcement were featured on the show. Sooyoung's co-host Yoon Do Hyun�asked her if she knew about Tiffany and Nichkhun's relationship before the news made headlines, and she responded jokingly, "About So Yi Hyun? I had no idea."
Sooyoung later stated, "We were half worried and half congratulatory about it. We also felt bad for the fans as the news became a big deal outside of our album promotions. I hope they look at [the relationship] in a positive light."
