100% dance to 'Beat' during practice

100% have released a dance practice video for their latest comeback song "Beat".

The group caught attention with their horror concept for the track, and their sleek, modern choreography definitely reflects that theme. The song, written and composed by Super Changddai, is about someone's heart 'running' towards his past love who's now gone.
