'Empress Qi' and 'Kind Words' both broke their own record in viewer ratings this week, but it is the former that came out on top!

According to AGB Nielsen Media Research, the January 21st episode of MBC's 'Empress Qi' achieved a 22.6% viewer rating, which is 1.8% increase from its previous viewer rating of 20.8%.
SBS' 'Kind Words' came in second place with a 11.3% viewer rating, which is a 0.7% increase from its previous viewer rating of 10.6%. While its competing dramas broke their own record, KBS 2TV's 'Prime Minister and I' didn't have such luck, and its numbers continued to fall as it dropped 0.1% from a 6.1% to 6.0% viewer rating.
