[Spoilers] Contestants face an unexpected challenge on 'K-Pop Star 3'

After wrapping up the intense yet fruitful first round of auditions, the latest episode of SBS's survival audition program, 'K-Pop Star 3', threw the contestants for a loop with a surprising addition to the traditional competition format!


This episode introduced a new mechanic for season 3 of the program. The second round of auditions would be pre-divided into three sections: low, average and high groups, based on individual performances prior to the main round. The contestants in the upper groups will gain an advantage in the competition.


The second round of auditions pitted contestants against each other. More people would get to be selected from the upper-level groups, making the competition even more fierce.
