Mr. Yoon, Mr. Lee, and Mr. Hwang have all been taken into�custody�for threatening Han Hyo Joo's father that they would release photos of her with her boyfriend to the media if he didn't give them 400,000,000 KRW (approximately 377,000 USD). Mr. Lee and Mr. Hwang have been prosecuted without detention.

According to the prosecutors, Mr. Lee found 16 photos of Han Hyo Joo and her boyfriend on her digital camera, and moved those photos to his cell phone and then threatened her father with the photos.�
Mr. Lee then sent the photos to Mr. Yoon, who contacted and blackmailed her father after leaving for the Philippines so he couldn't be tracked. Mr. Yoon sent her father 2 photos and said, "I have over 20 photos of your daughter's personal life. If you do not give me 20,000,000�KRW (approximately 19,000 USD) per photo for a total of 400,000,000 KRW, I will release these photos to the media, so do whatever you want."
The prosecutors found out about Mr. Lee and Mr. Hwang through the cell phone records. The two were arrested, and the fact that Mr. Yoon has led the crime has surfaced. Even though Han Hyo Joo's father sent them 10,000,000 KRW (approximately 9,400 USD), they kept threatening him.
