TEEN TOP's Angels gave Niel a very special present for his birthday!
Niel's fans donated a freshwater well to Cambodia under his name. His fans said, "We wanted to give him a warm, meaningful present. 1,200 people in the village as well as the students in the nearby elementary and middle schools can now use clean water."
