Cha No-Ah, the son of actor Cha Seung Won is currently facing a sexual assault charge for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor.
A high school student 'A' (19 years old) reported to the Seoul Central Police that she had been locked in a studio apartment by Cha No-Ah and had been sexually assaulted by him. The prosecutors will first be examining the details of the charge before deciding if they or the police will handle the investigation.
A's lawyer revealed, "Mr. Cha (No-Ah) locked her into a vacation house that his grandfather owned since April until now and sexually assaulted and threatened her multiple times."
