Hyorin talked about how she felt writing lyrics for the first time.
On June 11, SISTAR held a press conference during their "Give It To Me" showcase at the Seoul Lotte Card Art Center. During the press conference, Hyorin revealed that she tried her hand at writing lyrics for the first time for the song "Crying".
She said, "I received a good opportunity, so I got to work on lyric writing. When I pen they lyrics, I substitute the feelings I receive from working. For example, if I'm tired because of work, I think of it as love instead."
She added, "I'm not very feminine when it comes to dating. I don't express much, either. I think that's why the lyrics came out like the way they did. I haven't really felt that my love was really great. So I didn't base it on experience. Instead, I had to use my imagination."
