On June 5, F.T. Island's Minhwan graced Tokyo's K-STAGE with his presence at the press conference for the musical remake of the hit K-drama 'Goong' ('Palace', 'Princess Hours').
The F.T. Island drummer, who dressed as a handsome prince, shared, "Acting and singing on stage have different charms than playing the drums. This time around, I practiced hard and I'll show a good image, so please look forward to it."
'Goong' will hold 24 shows from July 5 through the 21st at the Theater BRAVA! in Osaka, Japan, and Minhwan will make his grand entrance in the musical on July 17.
F.T. Island seem to everywhere in Japan as they will also be releasing their new full-length Japanese album, 'RATED-FT' with the title track "Freedom", on the 12th. The idol band will then perform across 11 cities in Japan for their arena tour beginning on the 15th.
