YG Entertainment recently updated fans on the whereabouts of 'Superstar K2' contestant Kang Seung Yoon, who is currently preparing for his debut under the agency.
As it's been a while since the rookie had signed with the agency, fans as well as other representatives in the industry have been curious about what he has been up to. YG Entertainment revealed on the 16th, "Kang Seung Yoon is still active as a trainee. It has been around two years since we signed him. There are still no plans yet for him to release an album, so you can think of it as he's still preparing for his debut. He is currently receiving vocal training and lessons on artist activities like other YG trainees."
Before his debut as a singer Kang Seung Yoon has acted in 'High Kick 3' and featured in the OST album for the drama 'Midas'. His agency representative revealed, "He started acting first but his following activities have not yet been discussed."
Kang Seung Yoon rose to the Top 4 of 'Superstar K2' and signed a contract with YG Entertainment back in 2010.
