After School's Jooyeon joins cast of 'Jeon Woo Chi' with group mate UEE

After School's Jooyeon has been confirmed for KBS's drama 'Jeon Woo Chi'.

She will be playing the role of a secret bodyguard named Eun Woo. Not only is Eun Woo equipped with excellent martial arts skills, but the character also is well versed in corpses and medicine. She will also play the role of a bodyguard who secretly loves the young 19-year-old king Lee Geo. Jooyeon is currently practicing martial arts to play the role of Eun Woo as best as she can. A representative from the drama stated, "Because she plays the role of a bodyguard, she has a lot of martial arts parts. But Jooyeon is doing well with the intense training."

Fellow After School member�UEE is already signed up as the female lead for the drama, and this will be the first time the two ladies will be in a drama together. Jooyeon has played only small or cameo roles before, in the dramas 'Smile, Donghae' and 'Reply 1997'.
