Park Ji Min receives gifts from Park Bom + Baek Ah Yeon gets advice from Sunny on 'K-Pop Star'

Park Ji Min of 'K-Pop Star' met her idol Park Bom of 2NE1 during a recent recording of the audition program.

Park Bom prepared an array of special gifts for the possible YG Entertainment trainee after seeing her suffer a bad throat condition on April 1st. One of the gifts to Park Ji Min prepared by the 2NE1 member was a figurine that looked exactly like the contestant, who seemed incredibly touched by the kind gesture. What was more touching than the gifts, however, was the heart-to-heart advice and encouragement Park Bom shared with Park Ji Min.

Meanwhile on the same episode, Baek Ah Yeon received training for her upcoming performance of Girls' Generation's "Run Devil Run". Faced with the difficult challenge of singing and dancing simultaneously, Baek Ah Yeon received advice from Sunny who told her, "Don't try to hide your nervousness, just accept it. It'll be fine as long as you do everything you want to on stage," giving the contestant confidence. While practicing the "points" of the "Run Devil Run" dance, Baek Ah Yeon received a surprise video call from the composer of the track Kalle Enggstrom as well.

Staff from 'K-Pop Star' stated, "SM, YG, and JYP will give the contestants what they need in terms of advice, helping the top 5 with their skills... The top 5, who are getting better day by day, even surprise the staff. Please look forward to their sixth live stage."
