Pianist Yiruma has become the first Korean artist ever�to perform on a popular German TV show on channel ZDF titled, 'Welcome to Carmen Nebel's Show'!

The TV show is most popular with viewers from 30s to 50s in age. �The program previously�featured Chinese pianist Lang Lang before Yiruma's guesting. German officials were persistent in trying to get Yiruma on the show after seeing his popularity, both in and outside of Asia, on YouTube and SNS accounts.

After seeing the dedication of his German fans, Yiruma accepted the guest offer and performed with the 'Deutsche Show Ballet Berlin' on the March 24th episode of the show.

Yiruma was also previously invited to the 'Germany Echo Music Awards 2012', which was held on the 22nd and attended by famous artists like Marilyn Manson, Jason Mraz, and Katy Perry.

Sony Music officials stated, "Yiruma himself was surprised at how passionate the responses were in Germany. After his appearance, we've been receiving many love calls from Europe regarding future concerts and album releases."

Riding on this success, Yiruma will be continuing his efforts towards a European advancement and the release of his next album.
