Singer and actress Narsha revealed that her mother was worried about her taking the role as Lee Jung Ja on the MBC drama 'Light and Shadow'.
On MBC's 'Good Day' that aired on the 28th, Narsha shared, "After knowing that I'd be taking the role as Lee Jung Ja, a mean and selfish character, my mom was very worried."
The MC later questioned Narsha on how the other members of Brown Eyed Girls reacted after finding out that she was cast to the show to which Narsha replied, "They all say that I fit the character very well."
She continued, "Seeing it from my mother's point of view, she was worried that I'd be hated by netizens since I'm the "bad / evil" character in the drama. But if I play the selfish character successfully, I believe that it'll actually be an accomplishment for me."
Narsha also added, "If my character happened to be more serious, it would have been difficult for me since this is my first time acting. However, I've been given a funny, witty character so I'm thankful and am enjoying it a lot."
